| report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31% March 2024, which are set out on page 1.

## Respective responsibilities of the Trustees and the Examiner

The Trustees of the Charity are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. They consider that a full audit is not required (under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993) and that an independent examination is appropriate.

It is my responsibility to:

- (1) Examine the accounts (under section 43(3) of the 1993 Act)

- (2) To follow the procedure laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners (under section 43(7)(b) of the 1993 Act); and

(3) To state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

## Basis of the Independent Examiners’ Report

My examination was Carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners. An examination inciudes a review of the accounts records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations for you as Trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all of the evidence that would be required in a full audit. Consequently, | do not express an audit on the view given by the accounts.

## Independent Examiners Statement

- (1) My review gives me reasonable cause to believe that in all material respects, the requirements:

   - i. To keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the 1993 Act, and

   - ii, To prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records

   - iii. To comply with the 1993 Acct

## have all been met.

(2) In my opinion, there are no other matters to which attention needs to be drawn in order to obtain a proper understanding of the accounts John Froggett FAIA
