Objectives: 4 The organisation’s purposes are: a) The relief of those in need by reason of financial hardship among individuals and families in Scotland by providing financial assistance towards the cost of critical veterinary treatment for dogs where such treatment would otherwise be unaffordable. b) To advance animal welfare by educating the public and promoting responsible dog ownership through the provision of guidance, information and educational activities on canine health, welfare and preventative care.
