Objectives: -To advance health and wellbeing by providing accessible, inclusive and supportive fitness opportunities for individuals facing physical, psychological or social barriers to participation. -To advance public participation in sport by delivering tailored exercise provision for individuals recovering from injury, living with disabilities, experiencing trauma, or lacking confidence in mainstream fitness environments. -To advance equality and inclusion by creating safe and private spaces for physical activity, including provision suitable for those who are unable or unwilling to participate in mixed-sex or traditional fitness settings. -To advance education by increasing awareness and understanding of physical health, rehabilitation, and wellbeing through structured support and engagement.
