Objectives: The Charity's objects are strictly restricted to advancing public benefit in Scotland and elsewhere, rooted in and inspired by an Islamic faith-based ethos, through the exercise of any, all, or a combination of the following purposes: 3.1 The advancement of education, citizenship, and community development by providing tailored educational resources, seminars, and learning opportunities concerning the Islamic faith. These activities shall be accessible to individuals who have recently converted to Islam, individuals of any faith or no faith seeking greater understanding of the Islamic faith, and those wishing to reconnect with their heritage or faith in a meaningful, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment. thereby facilitating positive civic integration and fostering a healthy expression of faith. 3.2 The advancement of religion and the promotion of religious and racial harmony, civic responsibility, and community cohesion by fostering open dialogue, bridge-building, and collaborative initiatives between Muslim communities and wider Scottish society, thereby breaking down barriers, challenging misconceptions, and promoting mutual respect and understanding among all diverse communities. 3.3 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, or other disadvantage, manifesting the Islamic principle of universal compassion and service to humanity. This will be achieved by developing and delivering holistic, personalized support services, pastoral care, community activities, and outreach programs designed to alleviate social isolation, improve mental well-being, and enhance the quality of life for vulnerable individuals of all faiths or none within the wider society. 3.4 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organization of recreational activities, by establishing, managing, or operating safe, inclusive community spaces and hubs to host social events, gatherings, and peer-support networks that foster a sense of belonging and community integration for all.
