**Objectives:** 4 The organisation's purposes are to support the activities and development of the Kate Kennedy Club at the University of St Andrews ('Club'), the preservation and safeguarding of the long-term future of the Kate Kennedy Spring Procession in the town of St Andrews, including the maintenance and renewal of costumes and coaches, and further including, without limitation: (a) To ensure the long-term survival of the Kate Kennedy Procession and Club.  (b) To support the activities of the University of St Andrews where appropriate.  (c) To support town-gown relations in the City of St Andrews.  (d) To support broader charitable activities and projects in St Andrews and the surrounding area. (e) To support the Kate Kennedy Trust in its role as conservator of the said costumes and coaches. (f) To provide Life Members of the Club with a continued and consistent sense of belonging to an alumni network. (g) To provide a means for Life Members to keep in touch with each other, the Club, and the University. (h) To organise various Life Members' events throughout the year. and (i) To engage in any other purposes ancillary to (a) to (h) above.
