AND (B) ENCOURAGING ETHICAL PRACTICE ON THE PART OF SCHOOLS, BUSINESSES AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS IN RELATION TO THE COMPOSITION, PROCESSING, PROMOTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD AND RELATED PRACTICES, THROUGH THE IDENTIFICATION, ARTICULATION, PROMOTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF AGREED ETHICAL STANDARDS WITH RESPECT TO SUCH PRACTICES.
