Objectives: The organisation’s purposes are: To advance community development by: Organising recreational and extracurricular activities that improve the conditions of life for participants, particularly in communities lacking existing programmes ii) Building community spirit, fostering new friendships and strengthening local engagement iii) Supporting inclusive creative networks and encouraging participation in cultural activity To advance education by: Providing training programmes, workshops, mentoring and community learning activities in creative, digital, leadership and enterprise skills ii) Operating a peer leadership programme to build confidence, develop employability skills and prepare young people for leadership and community development roles iii) Educating participants through experiential learning and exposure to different cultures To provide recreational facilities and organise recreational activities by: Delivering creative workshops, events and programmes which improve the conditions of life for participants, particularly those who have limited access to such opportunities To advance the arts, culture, and creativity by: Providing opportunities, platforms, programmes and support for emerging creators, artists and underrepresented communities
