**Objectives:** Machars Mermaids exist to promote safe, inclusive sea swimming for women in the Souther Machars peninsular, to encourage wellbeing and connection through regular swims. to foster a supportive social community that celebrates swimming at special time eg International Womens Day, solstices, full moons and other event . To create a welcoming environment , sharing knowledge and encouraging new swimmers
