(c) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disability by empowering immigrant community members to improve their health literacy through the delivery of workshops and awareness raising sessions in a range of health related areas and through the delivery of afterschool homework activities for young people to support their integration and learning.
