**Objectives:** The organisation’s purposes are:  To raise funds and pay out grants to qualifying individuals who are aged 18 years and over, and organisations meeting our criteria as detailed below.  To relieve poverty among individuals and families who are experiencing someone in the family who has had a cancer diagnosis, ongoing cancer treatment, living with a terminal cancer or has someone who has passed away from a cancer diagnosis.  To advance health, including mental health, by supporting those affected by cancer.  To support organisations that provide services to individuals experiencing poverty, illness, or mental health challenges through having a diagnosis or living  with cancer.  To promote mental health awareness and support for individuals and families  who are going through a cancer diagnosis, or living with cancer.  These purposes are charitable and fall within section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
