**Objectives:** 4 The organisation&#x27;s purposes are: a) The advancement of environmental protection and improvement To advance environmental protection and improvement within the village and surrounding area by organising and supporting activities such as community clean-up events, tree and wildflower planting, and initiatives that promote sustainable living and biodiversity. b) The advancement of education To advance education by providing learning opportunities for people of all ages within the village, including educational workshops, access to learning materials, and tutoring or mentoring programmes aimed at enhancing knowledge, skills, and personal development. c) The provision of recreational facilities and the organisation of recreational activities In conjunction with other committees within the community to provide, maintain, and improve recreational facilities and organise recreational activities that are available to members of the public in the interest of social welfare, with the aim of improving health, wellbeing, and quality of life for residents of the village. d) The advancement of citizenship and community development To advance community development and encourage active citizenship by supporting volunteering, organising inclusive community events, preserving local traditions, and fostering a strong sense of community belonging and social cohesion within the village in conjunction with other committees within the community.
