**Objectives:** The Organisation’s purposes are:  4.1 The advancement of education for young people by developing their skills, capacities and understanding to enable them to participate more fully in society and employment.  4.2 The advancement of citizenship and community development by promoting social inclusion and integration for young people between the ages of 13 and 35 who are socially or economically disadvantaged by reason of unemployment, financial hardship, race or ethnic origin, gender, and poor education or skills attainment.  4.3 The providing of recreational and leisure activities for young people in the interest of social welfare, with the object of improving their conditions of life  4.4 The relief of poverty among young people in need.  4.5 The advancement of Christian faith through youth education community engagement, outreach activities and the support of youth missionary initiatives.
