**Objectives:** 4 The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of New Aberdour, made up from residents of the village and surrounding areas within the postcode AB43, membership is open to all residents within this area and will be locally controlled by governance by community members (the &#x27;Community&#x27;), with the following purposes (the &#x27;Purposes&#x27;): 1. To advance the health and wellbeing, by promoting physical and mental health through accessible sports, recreation, and community activities. 2. To provide facilities for recreational and leisure activities by developing and maintaining inclusive spaces, such as a football field and pavilion, for use by &#x27;the community&#x27; especially those facing barriers to participation. 3. To advance citizenship and community development, by encouraging volunteering, leadership, and community engagement through sports and wellbeing programmes. 4. To relieve those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, by offering subsidised or potentially free access to facilities and programmes for vulnerable groups. 5. To promote equality and diversity, ensuring that all activities and facilities are inclusive and welcoming to people of all backgrounds and abilities. 6.
