Objectives: The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and specifically for the following: to advance the education of pupils attending Cunard ASN School by providing additional support, resources, and enrichment activities that complement the formal education provided by the school. To promote the welfare and inclusion of children and young people with additional support needs, particularly those with autism and other developmental conditions, through events and initiatives that enhance their learning and social experiences. To relieve those in need by reason of ill-health, disability, or disadvantage, by supporting families and pupils with resources and activities that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and equal opportunity. To advance citizenship and community development by fostering positive relationships between the school, families, and the wider community through inclusive events, volunteering opportunities, and collaborative projects. Each of these purposes fits within the recognised charitable purposes set out in section 7(2) of the 2005 Act, specifically:(b) the advancement of education(f) the advancement of citizenship or community development(n) the relief of those in need by reason of ill-health, disability or other disadvantage.
