A specific aim is to provide relief to people suffering from specified mental illness or disability, and in doing so, support those in need to take up a pursuit that will be enjoyable and through learning and practicing new skills, provide a sense of purpose and a network of positive relationships to improve psychological wellbeing, and so be beneficial to regulating their emotions.
