**Objectives:** 1. The Advancement of Education  To encourage and support access to quality education for Akwa Ibom and other ethnic minority youths in Scotland through scholarships, mentoring, skills development, and collaboration with schools and higher education institutions to enhance learning and personal growth.  3. The Advancement of Citizenship or Community Development  To promote active citizenship, social inclusion, and community integration among Akwa Ibom indigenes and the wider Scottish society by fostering cooperation, volunteering, cultural exchange, and civic participation that strengthen community cohesion and mutual respect.  4. The Prevention or Relief of Poverty  To prevent and relieve poverty and financial hardship among children, families, and individuals—particularly within the Akwa Ibom and wider Scottish communities—by providing targeted assistance, access to resources, and support services that enhance quality of life.  5. The Advancement of Health and the Relief of  Those in Need by Reason of Age, Ill Health, Disability, Financial Hardship, or Other Disadvantage  To promote the well-being and inclusion of elderly and vulnerable individuals by offering companionship, practical assistance, and welfare support, thereby improving health and reducing isolation.  6. The Advancement of Human Rights, Conflict   Resolution or Reconciliation, and the Promotion of Religious or Racial Harmony, Equality and Diversity To encourage peaceful coexistence, equality, and understanding among diverse ethnic and cultural groups through dialogue sessions, awareness campaigns, and inclusive community engagements that promote social harmony.  7. The Advancement of Public Participation in Sport and Cultural Recreation  To promote participation in traditional and contemporary sporting, recreational, and cultural activities that foster unity, teamwork, and the celebration of Akwa Ibom and Scottish heritage.  8.
