Objectives: The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 To advance religion, and in particular the Christian faith by all means consistent with the Christian Bible, through: 4.1.1 Supporting leaders of Christian Churches and Christian charities in their faith and spiritual wellbeing. 4.1.2 Pastorally supporting Christian leaders through training and peer mentoring. 4.1.3 Running conferences and training events for leaders of faith. 4.1.4 Providing Christian resources for Church leaders and Charity leaders for Christian project start ups and established organisations. 4.2. To advance citizenship and community development through: 4.2.1 Delivering training, coaching and mentoring to charities, church leaders and those working in the areas of social enterprise to develop good practice around positive cultures of citizenship and community development. 4.2.2 Supporting and promoting good practice for organisations looking to develop healthy cultures of volunteering to aid rural and urban regeneration, sustainability and community wellbeing. 4.2.3 Delivering training to organisations with volunteers to develop good volunteer practices and development that enables volunteers to thrive, develop skills and provide support to the charity’s purposes. The area within which the organisation shall operate shall be predominantly Scotland expanding to other areas of the UK and internationally where required to support leaders further afield. The Christian Church Leaders and Christian Charity workers residing within the UK and particularly Scotland will be the organisation’s beneficiaries.
