ASEM is set up to support children, young people, families and communities through inclusive educational, wellbeing and cultural programmes. We provide safe spaces, mentoring, personal development activities, food support, community events and opportunities that reduce isolation and build resilience. A key part of our work is fostering the true identity of African Scots by promoting cultural pride, heritage, belonging and positive representation. We deliver structured programmes, partnerships and targeted support that empower people, strengthen community connections and help individuals overcome barriers to improve their quality of life.
