To advance the public participation in sports, civic and other recreational activities in Arbroath by: - supporting the provision of suitable sporting, civic and recreational facilities in the community.   To promote the provision of recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for those within Arbroath by: - supporting the provision of recreational facilities in the community.   To advance arts, heritage, culture, science, and the participation in sports in the town of Arbroath by: - promoting and supporting arts, heritage, cultural, science and sporting events within the town
