Objectives: The Organisation has been formed to benefit the communities of Denny & Dunipace and the surrounding areas (the “Community”), with the following purposes (the “Purposes”): To advance the advancement of public participation in sport, especially of football according to the laws approved by the Scottish Football Association (SFA) by providing inclusive opportunities for all to participate in football training and games within an SYFA approved league To promote the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities by running and maintaining football pitches and changing facilities to allow football to be played in the local community
