Objectives: The advancement of citizenship and community development which aims to manage and develop the community facility to foster greater civic engagement, promote social cohesion, and enhance local services, ensuring it serves as an inclusive space that supports the well-being, empowerment, and development of the community. The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, such as establishing a community observatory, café, florists, arts, heritage and cultural activities/events as well as enabling the wider community to hire the facility for private, community and social events and activities which reduces social isolation, promotes health and well-being and furthers our purposes as outlined.
