Disco Buddies is an inclusive charity that exists to reduce social isolation and improve the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of adults with disabilities, additional support needs, older people and unpaid carers. We provide safe, welcoming and accessible opportunities for people to connect, build friendships, increase confidence and lead healthier, more active lives. We achieve this by delivering inclusive discos, sensory sessions, and adapted physical activities, designed around the needs and wishes of our members. By listening to participant feedback and removing barriers to participation, we create meaningful opportunities for everyone to take part, improve their wellbeing and feel valued within their community.
