**Objectives:** The Organisation has been formed to benefit people aged 50 years and above, living in Largs and generally North Ayrshire (the “Community”) with the following purposes (“the ‘Purposes”): The provision of a recreational centre and the organisation of activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the “community”. Provide services designed to reduce isolation and loneliness, and keep older people independent and active for as long as possible.
