**What the charity does:** We provide 1 to 1 counselling sessions to minority groups at an affordable cost. We also carry out workshops for 10 to 15 people where we explore the struggles minority groups go through when living abroad and provide useful techniques to identify them and cope with them.

**Objectives:** The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: i) The advancement of health and ii) the relief of the needs of persons disadvantaged by lack of access to psychological therapies. with a particular focus on the Polish community and other ethnicities.
