e December 2024 - OSC Registered Charity formed—4 Trustees appointed with 2 further people on group assisting the trustees. Previous Group looking at MUGA had decided not to proceed as MUGA was very expensive and required proper changing facilities.

© January 2025 — Facebook site Inversport Invercairn created to start engagement with Community

e February 2025 —- Community Consultation launched using Survey Monkey from Facebook site. Ran until March 25 — positive support for project. Opened Charity Bank Account. Donations received which allowed project to proceed. (Treasurer report has more detail)

e Site visit to Barclay Park Pavillion in Peterhead and good advice given by PACT.

e March 25 — shared community survey results on Facebook

¢ April 25 —- met with Aberdeenshire Council Area Officer to share project info — received very good advice from Area Officer — regular contact until early summer when Area Officer went off on long term sickness. Discussions on Community Asset Transfer (CAT) Commenced. Site visit to Fetterangus Pavillion. Also 2 more individuals joined our group to help.

e May 2025 — submitted CAT Expression Of Interest and Pre-Planning Applications to Aberdeenshire Council. Started work on feasibility study and business plan.

e May 25 — Received Quote for Building Design from Baxter Design and awarded design work to Baxer Design to get to planning application submission.

e¢ Community engagement, over summer presented project to Invercairn Community Council, Invercairn Gala, Inverallochy Primary School and PTA, Invercairn Village Hall Committee. Updated community via Facebook on progress.

e June 25 — Aberdeenshire Council confirmed old toilet blocks would be destructed in this Financial year — new building will cover the footprint of this site.

e June 25 - INVERSPORT was allocated a Developer Obligations Award from Aberdeenshire Council (the “Council”) to the amount of £19,332.64 (the “Award”). This expires in 2020 — ref DOA373.

e July/August 25 — shared with community via Facebook Proposed building design and computer generated images — positive feedback from community.

e Aug 25 -— Charity registered with HMRC for Gift Aid — could be beneficial for donations/sponsored events.

e External Funding— over summer looked at potential funding sources, very limited as we do not yet own land for proposed building, and did not have 1 year audited accounts, application made to Aberdeenshire Council Banff and Buchan Coastal Communities Fund — we were awarded £3922 in August 25 towards Architect Fees.

e Fundraising — raised small sums from raffles etc, group looking to do more larger fundraising once we have plans to show community.

e Over summer asked community for more members to join our group to enable us to move to Tier 2 SCIO and allow CAT application to be lodged as an official Community Asset Transfer Body

e® Dec 25—completed the first revision of our Business Plan to allow Community Asset Transfer request to be submitted in Jan 26.

® December 2025 started working on Trustee annual reports — activities and financial reports for AGM in February 2026 and submission to OSCR.
