Provide free well being treatments to women in Tayside who have suffered difficulties / trauma such as homelessness, domestic abuse, disability or ill health. These people are referred to us via official agencies eg Women's Aid and we arrange and provide the free treatments.
Objectives: the relief of women and girls in need in Tayside who are experiencing crisis through homelessness, domestic abuse, disability, ill health or financial hardship by providing self-care therapies and treatments in order to increase self-esteem and improve self-worth and mental health.
