Challenging Situations"
Date & Time: Saturday, 7th June 2025 at 13:30.
Venue: 1.14 Oak Lecture Theatre, The Nucleus Building, The
University of Edinburgh, EH9 3FG.
Details: An educational and inspirational youth/academic
community workshop led by world-renowned philosopher and
author Srinivas Arka. The program focused on practical
meditation techniques and human positive potential frameworks
designed to build mental and emotional resilience.
After the talk, there were also cultural activities organised by
talented volunteers.

Activity 2: "Garland of Oneness" – Celebrating Sanskrit &
Sanskriti
Date & Time: Saturday, 29th November 2025 from 1:30 PM to

The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) 2005 Act and the
Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). The charity trustees
consider that the audit requirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the Accounts Regulations
does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section
44(1) (c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the 2006 Accounts
Regulations. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the
charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks
explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken
do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, I do
not express an audit opinion on the viewgiven bythe accounts.

Based on the information and representations provided to me, I understand
that CCA Scotland did not operate a bank account during the above
financial period and did not receive or expend any charitable funds.
During the period, the charity organised two community events. The venues
for these events were provided free of charge by the University of Edinburgh
under its community access programme. Any minor costs associated with
the activities were met through voluntary contributions towards the individual
programmes and were not incurred or paid by the charity. No receipts,
invoices or other bills were issued to or payable by the charity.
Accordingly, based on the information made available to me, there were no
receipts or payments recorded by the charity during the financial period.
This note is prepared for the purpose of supporting the charity’s annual
return and accounts for the period stated above.
