ANNUAL REPORT
In the period from the launch of Kildrum Regeneration Trust to 5 January 2026 the Trust has not managed to achieve any of the aims of its Constitution.
The members took the decision on 5 January2026 to wind up the Trust and apply to OSCR to dissolve it. The appropriate forms to do this have been lodged with OSCR.
The Trust has no debts. A grant of £341.60 was received from North Lanarkshire Council. Bank charges of £4.25 per month totalling £42.50 were incurred and the balance of the grant, £299.10 was repaid to the Council on 2 January 2026. The bank balance is zero and the Bank of Scotland have been requested to close the account.
