If the members take everything that is available to them, then they are getting the equivalent of  approximately \u00a314 in goods for their \u00a32.  Each member can take 5 items, 2 orange items which is usually fresh meat, cheese or tinned meats. and 3 green items which are mainly cupboard staples such as tinned soup, fruit and vegetables or tea, coffee, milk and sugar.  We also provide fresh fruit and vegetables as well as items we receive for free through our membership of Fareshare.
