**What the charity does:** Our purpose is to create a place where people of all ages can meet, socialise, learn, take part in activities and enjoy arts, culture, sport and recreation. where local groups can flourish and new ideas can take shape. With the support of volunteers, community groups, local organisations and businesses, we are working to increase the use of the Hall, create new opportunities for children, families and older residents, reduce social isolation and demonstrate what can be achieved when a rural community takes responsibility for its own future.

**Objectives:** The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community involving residents of Dunning and the surrounding areas - as defined within the Dunning Community Council Boundary (the “Community”), with the following purposes:  4.1 The advancement of citizenship or community development. 4.2 The advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science. 4.3 The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended
