## Structure, Governance and Management 

The charity is governed by a board of trustees. During the year, the trustees were: MR MBOSOWO ISAAC FRANCIS

Mr Rev Lawrence Oji 

The trustees are responsible for the overall management and control of the charity. 

## Objectives and Activities 

The charity’s objective is to: 

- Holding regular worship services and religious meetings 

- Providing pastoral care and spiritual guidance 

- Supporting members of the community in need 

- Promoting community engagement and inclusion 

The trustees aim to achieve this by: 

- The aim of the charity is to advance the Christian faith and support the local community through worship, pastoral care, and charitable activities. 

## Achievements and Performance 

This was the charity’s first year of activity. During the year, the charity carried out limited activities and began establishing its operations. 

The charity received donations totalling £54 and incurred expenses of £52.75 in support of its objectives. 

## Financial Review 

The charity prepared its accounts on a Receipts and Payments basis. 

For the year ended 31 March 2026: 

- Total income: £54 

- Total expenditure: £52.75 

- Surplus for the year: £1.25 

At the year end, the charity held a bank balance of £1.25. 

## Plans for Future Periods 

The trustees plan to continue developing the charity’s activities and increasing its level of engagement and funding in future years.
