The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund for charitable purposes exclusively. 5. (ii) On the Termination Date, or if the earlier on the date the Trustees resolve to wind up and dissolve the Trust hereby created, the Trustees shall forthwith pay and apply the whole capital then in their hands, subject to any final expenses, to such Charitable Institution or Charitable Institutions as they in their uncontrolled discretion shall select. 6.
