**What the charity does:** Hope for Families exists to reduce isolation, strengthen wellbeing, and create real opportunities for African and ethnic minority families to feel included, supported, and valued within their local communities. We work to break down barriers that prevent families from accessing services by acting as a trusted bridge between communities and local support systems.  We deliver culturally responsive programmes that empower women, children, and young people through social, educational, and recreational activities. Our initiatives create safe spaces for connection, learning, and personal development, while also strengthening community cohesion.  Our work directly responds to community-identified needs and is delivered in partnership with local organisations. This ensures families are not only supported in times of need but are also empowered to build stronger futures and a greater sense of belonging.
