**What the charity does:** Our aim is for Aberfeldy to become known as Scotland's healthiest town. We do this through influencing our population (those registered at the Aberfeldy and Kinloch Rannoch Medical Centre) to adopt lifestyle-related behaviours and practices to improve their health, wellbeing and healthy life expectancy.  We base our programme on four evidence-based 'pillars':  -Eat Real  -Move More  -Find Balance  -Connect with people, place and nature  We deliver this by: 1 - Identifying gaps and opportunities in the local community and promoting activities for all demographic groups to live healthier, more active and balanced lives 2 - Enabling and developing connections with people, place and nature across the local community  3 - Encouraging and enabling people to eat well by positively influencing the food landscape for the benefit of people and planet
