**What the charity does:** Farmstrong Scotland is a charity delivering a farmer-led wellbeing programme, backed by research, to help Scotland’s farming and crofting communities live well, so they can farm well.   Inspired by Farmstrong New Zealand, it focuses on mental, physical, emotional and social wellbeing. The initiative shares practical tips and real stories through podcasts, videos, and events like Farm Walk &amp; Talks, Social events and agricultural shows.   Farmstrong promotes the Five Ways to Wellbeing—connect, take notice, give, keep learning, be active—and provides resources on a range or topics including sleep, stress and menopause. Farmstrong encourages open conversations about wellbeing, reducing stigma and building community. It aims to enable individuals in Scotland&#x27;s agricultural community to lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives, creating more productive and sustainable businesses.

**Objectives:** 4 The SCIO&#x27;s purposes are:  4.1 the advancement of health.  4.2 the advancement of education. and 4.3 the advancement of community development, in particular the promotion of civic responsibility,   through the provision of a nationwide wellbeing programme, designed through farmer and crofter led research, to equip Scottish farmers and crofters, their families and industry colleagues with skills to help them overcome the challenges they face with the ultimate aim of improving the quality of life for those living and working within farming and crofting in Scotland.
