2. Structure. Governance and Management
The charity is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation ISCIO) which was registered with
The Scottish Charity Regulator on 19" August 2024, and was created to replace The Cuil-an-
Daraich Private Fund Trust SC005152.
3. Charltable Purposes and Actlvities
The charitable purposes of The Cuil-an-Daraich Trust are:
the prevention or relief of poverty;
the advancement of health:
the provision of recreational facilities or the organisation of recreational activities; and
the relief of those in need.
4. Achlevements and Performance
Throughout the period, the Cuil-an-Daraich Trust remained inactive as it awaited the transfer of
assets from the Cuil-an-Daraich Private Fund Trust.
5. Financial Review
The were no financial transactions during the period.
6. Plans for Future Periods
Once the assets of The Cuil-an-Daraich Private Fund Trust have been transferred to the The Cull-
an-Daraich Trust, it will continue the charitable activities of The Cuil-an-Daraich Private Fund
Trust.
