## **Notes to the Accounts** 

## **1. Donations and gifts** 

During the financial year the charity received a single donation of £994.00 from the United States non-profit organisation, The Resilience Resource (EIN: 85-1963486). The donation was unrestricted and is held in the charity's bank account. 



## **2. Basis of accounting** 

These accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis in accordance with the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006. 

## **3. Charitable status** 

The Resilience Resource is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, Scottish Charity Number SC053559. 

## **4. Trustees' remuneration and expenses** 

No remuneration was paid to any trustee during the financial year. No trustee expenses were claimed during the financial year. 

## **5. Reserves** 

The total funds of £994.00 represent the charity's entire financial resources at the year-end. All funds are unrestricted. The trustees' reserves policy is set out in the Trustees' Annual Report.
