The charity is governed by its constitution and managed by its trustees, who are responsible for the overall control and strategic direction of the organisation. 

## **Charitable Purposes** 

The charity’s purposes are to support refugees and asylum seekers to access employment opportunities and to advance education and community development through the use of digital tools and support for community organisations. 

## **Activities and Achievements** 

During the financial year, the charity provided pro bono support to approximately 20 community groups and charities. This included assistance with digital skills, the use of technology and AI tools, and support with communications and outreach. 

These activities were delivered on a small scale and without charge, contributing to strengthening the capacity of organisations and their ability to engage beneficiaries and supporters. 

The charity did not have any income or expenditure during this period.

The charity had no income or expenditure during the year and held no assets or liabilities. 

## **Plans for Future Periods** 

The trustees intend to explore opportunities to further develop activities that support the charity’s purposes, including expanding support to community organisations and improving access to digital tools and employment support.
