CEDAR was formed to Save the Hall and became a charity in order to take their plans forward. The Community Council realised there was more needed to bring people together and support Rural Living. CEDAR is a community-led Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation working to support the wellbeing, resilience and sustainability of the Crawford, Elvanfoot and Daer area.
