Each session will  offer a rich and varied programme of activities designed to support people living with dementia  and their unpaid carers. These activities will be carefully planned to promote creativity,  movement, memory, and meaningful connection\u2014while fostering a sense of community and  joy.  Our programme will include:  Arts and Crafts \u2013 hands-on creative sessions that encourage self-expression  Greenspace Gardening and Outdoor Arts \u2013 engaging with nature through planting, outdoor  creativity, and seasonal garden projects.  Dancing and Singing \u2013 uplifting group sessions that promote memories and shared enjoyment.  Reminiscence Sessions \u2013 storytelling and memory-sharing activities that celebrate life  experiences and strengthen identity.
