Coulter Community Trust exists to improve quality of life for people living in Coulter village and parish by strengthening community connections, improving access to local activities and services, and supporting the long-term regeneration and resilience of our rural community. We do this by providing and supporting community activities, creating opportunities for volunteering and participation, and acquiring, protecting and improving important community assets. We currently manage Coulter Hall and Coulter Public Library, and are developing plans to refurbish these buildings to provide sustainable facilities that meet identified community needs, including space for activities, learning and social interaction, and affordable rented housing.

Objectives: The Organisation’s main purpose is consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development.
