**What the charity does:** It receives income from its investments, and the Trustees distribute this to other Charities which uphold the Christian faith and carry out humanitarian work. Services from accountants and Lawyers etc also have to be paid.  The Charity though, is in the process of being wound up and its assets are to be distributed to Charities that OSCR have approved. There has been a delay in this process whilst the Trust awaited confirmation from HMRC that they also approved the winding up process.

**Objectives:** The Trustee shall hold the Trust Fund and Income thereof upon Trust for the advancement of the Christian Faith and such other charitable purposes as the Trustees shall think fit with the power to the trustees to accumulate all or any part of the income of the Trust Fund not currently required for the purposes aforesaid by the investing the same and the resultant income thereof in any investments hereby authorised (with power to vary such investments) in augmentation of the capital of the Trust Fund andsuch accumulations of income may at any time or times be applied for the charitable purposes in manner aforesaid.
