The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of Regulation l 0{1) Idl of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(11 {c) of the Act and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examiner's statement My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts Iscotlandl Regulations 2006. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeks explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts. OBJECTIVE ND AcfiviTIES Charitable Purposes: Gujarkhan Welfare Foundation exists to provide free healthcare services in Pakistan for the poor and needy women and children. Activities Undertaken to Achieve Objectives: Running a free maternity unit in Pakistsn for pregnant women Free healthcare for women and children Public Benefit ststement: All activities undertaken by the Trust align with our charitable purposes. FINANCIAL REVIEW Total Income: £33.571 Primarily received through donations from individuals and supporters, with most contributions from trustees. Total Expenditure: Approx. £12.757 Reserves Policy: The charity maintains at least 1 year's running costs as minimal resetves. Funds are deployed promptly to serve the most urgent needs. The trustees aim to build modest reserves in future for sustainability. 4.
