Our coTrslitution was ratified on 2yd May 2Q24. We remain in a period of transition, from a sports and social club lo a SCIO. The existing club has a 25 year lease which is due to expire in 2027 Our focus for the remaining rewrting terlcrfl ha8 b&en aimed solely on renewal of our ground lease wilh SDulh LanaTkshiTe Council. The new18ase will be in the name of the charity. allowing us lo transfer assets and fully transition to SCIO. As of 31￿ Dec 2025 we have r¢ol yel agreed details of a new lease with SLC.
