**What the charity does:** Common Thread Vision (CTV) is a small, community-focused charity based in Glasgow that worked closely with ethnic minority (EM) elderly community members to help them stay active, connected, and well. We delivered a variety of health and wellbeing activities, including a weekly Lunch Club, Arts & Crafts, Yoga, and Massage, all designed to bring people together in a friendly and supportive environment. Our Lunch Club project, Hai Chai, aimed to: •	Reduce loneliness and social isolation •	Support independence •	Create a welcoming space for shared experiences, friendships, and community belonging
