Objectives and activities

Charitable purposes
The Organisation's main purpose is consistenl with furthering the
achievement of sustainable developmenl. The Organisation's Purposes
are.. 5.1 The advancement of heritage and culture by preserving and
conserving the Former Lyceum Cinema as a building of historic, cultural
and architectural interest. 5.2 The advancement of citizenship and
communty development (including urban regeneration) through the
provision of services and activities that contribute to the social. cultural
and build regeneralion of the Community. 5.3 The provision of recreational
facilities, or the organisation of recreational, social and cultural activities
with the object of imDrovina the condikn'ons of lrfe for the whole Communifv.
The Organisation's main purpose is consistent with ￿rtherIng sustainable
development. During the reporting period, the Organisation focused on
advancing its charitable purposes, particularly the preservation of heritage
and the promotion of community development.
Summary of the main activities
in relation to these objects
The main activity of the year was securing the Community Right lo Buy for
the Former Lyceum Cinema, a building of historic, cultural and
architectural interest. This was successfully granted in October 2025. In
support of this, the Organisation carried out extensive community
engagement, securing over 500 signatures from local residents.
These activities supported the Organisation's aims of heritage
preservation, community development and the creation of future
recreational, social and cultural opportunities for the local communty.

Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of
the charity during the financial period
The Organisation's principal achievement during the reporting period was
the successful securing of the Community Right lo Buy for the Former
Lyceum Cinema. which was granted in October 2025. This marked
significant milestone in protecting a building of historic. cuttural and
archttectural Importan￿ for community benefft.
A further key achievement was the delivery of extensive communty
engagement activity, resulting in over 500 Community signatures in
support of the project. This demonstrated strong local support and
strengthened the Organisation's role in advancing community
development and future regeneration activty.

Financial review
Brief statement of the charity's policy
on reserves
The trustees have considered the Organisation's policy on reserves. At
the end of the reporting period, the Organisation held no reserves and had
no income or expendtture during the year.
Given the cu￿ent stage of the Organisation's development and its focus
on securing the Community Right to Buy. the trustees consider this
position to be appropriate at this time. The trust&s will keep the reserves
position under review and intend to develop a formal reserves policy once
the Organisation begins to generate income and incur expenditure in
