We collect surplus new and unused items such as bedding, clothing, toiletries, baby products and cleaning essentials from retailers and manufacturers. Where donated supply does not meet need, we purchase priority items at cost price. Goods are stored and distributed from our warehouse in Lochgelly, supported by satellite hubs in Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh. Support is delivered through a trusted network of referral partners including schools, health visitors, social workers and community organisations, who request specific items for the families they support. This ensures help is targeted, dignified and based on real need. Since 2022, we have redistributed over 2.7 million essential items to families across Scotland.", "how_charity_works": null, "who_charity_helps": null, "beneficiaries": "'Other defined groups'", "objectives": "The organisation's purposes are: To provide public benefit in Scotland or elsewhere, and in particular the organisation is established to redistribute unused donated goods and items from businesses to adults, children, families and communities that are in need for reasons of poverty, poor health, disability, addition or other circumstances.
