The purpose of Cosmos Community Centre is to support community education and provide facilities for recreation, sport and leisure for people of all ages in St Andrews and the surrounding areas. We advance citizenship and community development by providing opportunities for all members of the community to participate in recreational activity in the interests of social welfare, by providing or organizing of recreational facilities, by providing the Cosmos Centre as a resource for the use and benefit of the community, and by the advancement of education through the provision of education programmes.
