terms of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scoilandl 2005 Act and the Chariiies Accounts
(Scotlandl Regulations 2006. The charity trustees consider that the audit requirement of
Requlat,"on l 0111 Idl of the Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my responsibility to
examine the accounts as required under section 44!11 Icl of the Act and to stale whetlier
particular matters have come to my attention.

My examination is carried out in accordance with Regulation I l of tlie Charities Accounts
(Scotlandl Regulations £006. An exarnination Includes a ieview of the accounting records kept by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes
consideration ol any unusual items or disclDsure5 in the acrount£ and seeks explanations from
the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide 311 the
evidence that would be required in an audit and, consequently, I do not expross an oudit opinion
on the accounts.

The charity is a Scottish charitable incorporated OEganizalion la SICOI. It is governed by its constitution, and the
organization was established in 2024.

The structure of the SCIO consists of the Board, who hold monthly meetings, and generally control and supervise
the activities of the organisation.
The Board members are recruited from the general membership and appointed to be a Charity Tfustee, by way
of a majority decision ol the Board at a Board meeting.
Ob ectives and Activities
Charitable Purpose
The purpose of the SCIO are for the benefit of people in Scotland and elsewhere to.'-
prevent or relieve poverty.,
advance education,.
advance religion,.
save lives,.
advance citizenship or community development,.
relieve ihose in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage., and
promote religious or racial harmony.
Charitable Purposes
The main activities throughout the year included:
l. Sunday Service, Monday 8ible Study, Wednesday Service, Thursday Bible Study.
2. Sunday School for children.
Distribution of tracts.
4. Held Barbeque.
S. Sale of Books. Hymnals and Calendars
6. Counselling
Activities 8t Achievements
1. We have been able to brin9 together the community of Christ and study the Bible.
We are educating and helping raise cliildreii in ihe Cliristiaii way using the Bible.
3. The organi5ation has carried out individual and group evangelism in order to spread the word of God by
distributing tracts.
4. The organisation has been able to raise some funds, bringing the community together by way of
8arbeque, sale of books etc.
5. The church has helped individuals and couples with problems through counselling.
The church is looking to purchase a property so as to be able to carry out more activities. in line with its objectives.
