We help girls build confidence, develop new skills and realise their potential. Through Brownies, girls aged 7–10 take part in a wide range of fun, safe and inclusive activities that encourage friendship, teamwork, creativity, adventure and learning. Girlguiding aims to empower girls to find their voice, believe in themselves and make a positive difference in their communities through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure.The charity achieves this by providing regular group meetings led by trained volunteers, where girls can earn badges, try new experiences, learn life skills, take part in outdoor activities, and develop leadership skills. Brownies offers a supportive environment where every girl is encouraged to be herself, take on new challenges and grow in confidence while making friends and having fun
